1997 - EDZELL
A weekend to be remembered for Frank winning his first Doublet title on, in his own unbiased descripition, "THE LONGEST DOUBLET COURSE EVER!" He came in with a score of 40pts, 2 ahead of John.

1994 - GULLANE 2
With Andy, Chris and Martin all playing off 13, the way was clear for Colin (16) to storm to victory over Hugh by 5 shots with a winning score of 37pts.

1991 - SOUTHERNESS
Poor Chris! A wonderful win on a great links course but the weekend will always be remembered for the NEW ABBEY!

Who will ever forget the late arrival and 'warm' welcome by Andy to Chris.

The unfortunate early departure to bed of Martin because of something he had eaten (or was it heard?).

The ability of Alan to bring the t.v. back to life.

The conniving of Alan & Colin to share the proceeds of the putting comp.

The excellent food.

The sleeping arrangements.

The kind gesture by Martin to use his credit card and the subsequent closure of the Hotel!
